What’s Coaching?
Coaching is not an advice-oriented support system. Instead, it’s nestled safely in deep listening, insightful questioning, and facilitating reflections through journaling, sketching, and vocal and bodily activity, depending on the session’s setting. Therefore, my role is to empower coachees to turn inward, and dig deep into their inner wellspring of wisdom to unleash their own answers.
What would suit you best?
To each, their own. Each one of us has our own emotional history and pace which we have to traverse for real shifts to take place. Therefore, I adapt to a timeline and approach – gentle or robust – which intuitively click with a coachee’s needs.
Session Format
Online: Online sessions are 45-60 minute long, and are held using Google Meet/ Zoom, etc.
In-person: Please check for availability by contacting me.
Prices
Payments listed below are only for online coaching sessions, and are accepted by bank transfer to an Indian bank account.
Indian Residents (discounted, excludes 18% GST):
